Marina Osorio Prats

I studied art history with a focus on Picasso's early years, so Plaza de la Merced, where he was born, is where most of my calls begin. On camera I hold on the house facade before pointing across the square to the obelisk, explaining how the two very different monuments share the same small space. I also spend time at the Pompidou's glass cube on the harbour, where the contrast with the old town always surprises first-time visitors. I keep my pace relaxed, since art tends to reward a second, closer look.
